Learning About Justice From Monkey Behaviour
An interesting experiment about task performance and its resultant reward.
Capuchin monkeys are the subjects in this video.
The conclusions that can be infered and then applied to the human situations from this experiment would be highly revealing.

Has Qi Gong A Scientific Explanation?
Among one of the mysterious art form practised over thousand of years by the chinese is Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is well described in the Wikipedia:
Qigong, chi kung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese: 气功; traditional Chinese: 氣功; pinyin: qìgōng; Wade–Giles: chi4 gong1; literally "Life Energy Cultivation") is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "intrinsic life energy". It is generally accepted that Qigong exercises have three components: a posture (whether moving or stationary) 調身, breathing techniques 調息, and mental focus on guiding qi through the body 調心. The prerequisite is a calm relaxing state of mind. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide, and is considered by some to be exercise, and by others to be a type of alternative medicine or meditative practice. From a philosophical perspective qigong is believed to help develop human potential, allow access to higher realms of awareness, and awaken one's "true nature".

Martial arts training
The practice of qigong is an important
component in both internal
and external style Chinese martial arts. Focus on qi is considered to be a source of
power as well as the foundation of the internal style of martial
arts (Neijia). T'ai chi ch'uan,
Xing yi, and Baguazhang are
representative of the types of Chinese martial arts that rely on the concept of
qi as the foundation. Extraordinary feats of martial arts prowess, such as the ability to withstand
heavy strikes (Iron Shirt,
鐵衫)
and the ability to break hard
objects (Iron Palm,
铁掌)
are abilities attributed to qigong training.

Sir Nicholas Winston Saves Lives
Here is to remember a deed that had far reaching consequences.
And a prayer that the spirit that saves lives will continue to live in lands today
that eliminate lives to ensure that the greedy continues to prosper.
Sir Nicholas George Winton, MBE, (born 19 May 1909) is a British humanitarian who organized the rescue of 669 mostly Jewish children from German-occupied Czechoslovakia on the eve of the Second World War in an operation later known as the Czech Kindertransport. Winton found homes for them and arranged for their safe passage to Britain. The UK press has dubbed him the "British Schindler". He humbly kept his efforts a secret, until his wife found scrapbooks about the children in their attic. Winton was Knighted by the Queen of England, who said of Winton: "It's wonderful that you were able to save so many children."
