Steven Spielberg's Commencement Speech 2016

Common to all my postings are the characteristics of individuality, intelligence, creativity, taste and imagination.

And the focus on individuality is the core element of a sensitivity to the promptings of the the inner voice. This element seems to pull the other gifts together to create that final product that bears the mark of originality, vitality, freshness, sparkle and connectedness with the deep areas of ourselves.

Steven Spielberg is one remarkable creator who having it all, is among the most visible and articulate of all time.
