Can you imagine being in a state of total connectedness?

In this state, imagine every single piece of information about us is collated from everywhere we've ever been.

Imagine a total personal info-bank assigned to each of us.  This cache of info is available to any interested party linked to each of us.

Now imagine this state should one of us get hungry. And want a fast food delivered ASAP...

Ebb Tide And Its Effects

Music has a way of affecting me.

The year was 1966 in the Specialist Teachers' Training Institute (STTI), Cheras.

I was doodling.

It was around 10.00 pm.

EBB TIDE by Frank Chacksfield came drifting in from my collegemate's room, doors away.

My feelings were awakened.

I felt drawn.

I drew flying figures in mystical space.

Then followed a desire to put into words those strange lovely feelings.

A poem was born: Of Man And Birds. Which was published in the College Annual in 1966.

And a painting was later made from the drawings.

I am recording this to remember a significant phase of my life that I value.

And to acknowledge the friendships and learnings from colleagues and teachers that I treasure.
